How To Heal Pain Naturally

A few years ago, I was hit by a truck. Yes, you read that correctly. I was cycling home from the clinic when a white utility truck hit my bike. The driver was distracted and didn’t see me.

I locked up my arms as I braced for impact and the truck hit my front tire. Luckily, my shouting “Stop!” caused the driver to break before his truck ran over me.

As I lay on the ground in shock, I remember assessing the damage. My legs were too wobbly to lift me. My right shoulder had a pain level of 9 out of 10 when I attempted to raise my arm.

The right shoulder injury was the only body part that was damaged. My bike, however, was toast.

2. I received an acupuncture treatment as soon as possible.

3. I followed the treatment plan that my acupuncturist gave me. Because my injury was acute, I needed to get acupuncture frequently the first two weeks.

4. I refrained from heavy lifting for four weeks.

The result was incredible. Within two weeks, it was as if I had never had the accident. Enjoying daily activities free of pain is a gift. This is something I want for you, too.
